Refback Bank is a site where you join sites and then RefbackBank pays in return for signing up under them. Hence the term refback. It is quite simple, you just go to their site list and find a site that is being offered for refback, join by clicking on refback's banner, and then confirm that you signed up by clicking the green plus sign once you are done registering. When you reach your minimum, you can cashout.


We are going to place Refback Bank on the Legit List for the time being, and possibly to the Elite List by the end of they year. Site has been online and paying for over 2 years and most problems that occurred in the past have now been resolved. However, we must warn you that this site status can change at any time. Just because it is paying today, doesn't mean it is going to pay tomorrow.

3. All Countries Accepted - No country is restricted and all can join and earn from this site.


4. Unlimited Referrals - There is no set limit on the number of referrals you can have. You earn 15% from your referral earnings.

6. DDoS Protection - Site claims it is protected from DDoS attacks (more info). Which is a big threat to PTC sites. Such protection can be very expensive but these days it is needed to protect the site from possible threats and downtime.

CONS

1. The Other Site Go Scam? - This is really not a bad thing, but just so everyone knows...If you join under them on a site and spend your time clicking and then come to find out the site (the one you joined under them for) does not pay, you will not be paid if RefBack is not paid. There is no guarantee that the site you joined under RefBack will pay them. They don't get paid, you wont get paid.


2. Previous Partner Ran Scam Sites (July 2010)-  One of the main reasons why we kept them off the Elite List when they turned 2 years old. There were several people running this site. One of them ended up opening 2 site which turned scam. Then refbackbank went offline for a short time and was sent to our scam list for this. Shortly after one of the main owners appeared here and stated they have rid themselves of this person. Ever since then this site has been doing very well.

Summary:


RefBackBank has had a few issues in the past, but for the most part right now the site is doing very well. Site will be placed on the Legit List for the time being and possibly to the Elite List later on. Will update when we make the change. It is highly recommended that you test the site fully before making any kind of investment.
