microWorkers is a site where you can be a employer or worker. Workers are paid for completing "tasks". Either by completing a offers, joining a site, or some other online activity. For a fee, employers can post advertise these jobs for workers to complete. The site is free to join and use, you only pay if you want to post a job/taks. Their are no upgrades or required investments to use the site.
We are adding microWorkers to our Legit List, however their status can change at any point in time. A paying site today can easily become a scam tomorrow.
Here are the Pros and cons of microWorkers:
PROS:1. Paying - They are paying and payment proofs can be throughout the web. Here are a few places where you can view these proofs:

2. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
3. In Need of Referrals & Sign-Ups ? - You can post your task and ask people to join up under you. Great for those who need referrals. However, placing the job/task will cost you a fee.
CONS:
1. No Forum - Even though this is not a ptc site, it would still be nice to have a forum to communicate with staff or employers. For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum.
2. No Referral Program - Before you could earn from your downline. Now it appears that the site has made a change (without any update or explanation) and the referral program is no longer.
3. Net 30 ? - That is a long time to wait for your earned cash. Also you have to be verified in order to cash out. PIN will be sent to your mailing address after placing first withdrawal request. Once you submit correct PIN they will start sending payments to you. Some have complained about not receiving their pins.
4. PayPal? - With no update or reason why it was removed, paypal is no longer an option to cashout with.
5. No Pin ! - Their account verification process is very poor and chaotic. Instead of using text messaging or other methods of verifying accounts, they rely on postal mail to send you your pin to your address. Unfortunately many are left waiting for their pin, and many do not ever receive it. Either it gets lost or not sent to the correct location. Which leaves them unable to cashout. This is the main reason why this site is not on the Elite List.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site- Cashout with MoneyBookers or AlertPay you will be charged a 6.5% fee
- $1.00 for each new member, bonus is paid to your account as soon as your referrals cashes out in the amount of $25.00

- Removed information about referral program from review. Site appears to be no longer offering a referral program, and removed it without any notice or explanation. At least you can't find any information about your referrals in your account since the change was made. The FAQ still talks about the referral program but it appears to be outdated and not up to par with the change.

microWorkers seems to be a safe and paying site to use. We will continue to monitor this site. If anyone would like to share their experience that they had with this site, whether it is good or bad, feel free to do so in our comment section at the end of this review.
