Moneysan is a PTC, TrafficExchange, and a HYIP. However in this review we will only be focusing on the PTC and auto surf portion of the site. The site was once a "forced investment site". The site no longer requires investment to cashout for PTC & Surf.
The site is currently paying and we have tested and got paid from this site, however it will remain on the Ongoing Investigations List for the time being. If you plan on using this site for investment, we would highly recommend you test it and get paid before you do. Here are the pros and cons of this site:


PROS:


1. Instant Payments - A great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.


4. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site as long as you can use alertpay. Will update if this changes.


5. Low & Fixed Minimum Cashout - This site minimum cashout is currently at $1. Which should be a easy target to reach and cashout with. From what we can see the minimum cashout will not increase after your first cashout.

CONS:


1. No Forum - For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.
2. New Site - It is still under a year old. We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.
The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months. Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations), and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms. Why we do not recommend investing on new sites.


3. Whois Private - Hidden ownership. With no forum or any knowledge about the person behind this site I can't recommend investing on such a site.


4. Doubts & Negative Feedback - From the days when they required investment they were receiving a lot of complaints and people were calling it a scam due to them being forced to upgrade to cashout.Here are a few of these complaints:

Does Moneysan pay? As of now it appears so. However I am not sure if this is a site you can fully rely on. I would only recommend this site for free members and anyone that has time to waste. As of now the site will remain on the Ongoing Investigations List till we fully test the site.
