VelvetClix is not a new site. As matter of fact they have been online since Sept 2008. Well sort of. They were down for almost 6 months due to their database being wiped out. Site was originally moved to the Scam List for this since it was down without any new update. .Site is now back, and some claim their accounts have returned. However some were not, accounts like mine were no longer available and you would have to re-register again. Site will be moved from the Scam List to the Ongoing Investigations List for at least 6 months. Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:2. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
3. Fixed Minimum Cashout - $1.50 is the set minimum cashout. From what we can see the minimum cashout will not increase after your first cashout.
CONS:
1. Data Lost - As we stated earlier, some accounts were lost. Might have been out of their hands but it took many months before the site even reappeared back online. Balances and a lot of direct referrals were lost from our account. 
3. No Forum - It use to have one, however since the network went down the forum never returned. For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.

VelvetClix was offline for about 6 months. Site returned and has been online ever since. Payment proofs are hard to find, so the site will remain on the Ongoing Investigations List for the time being.
