XChanger (XChanger.org) - Legit | Paid
Xchanger.org is not a ptc site, but it is useful if you are using ptc or other online earning sites. Many sites are using LibertyReserve, and other payment processors. So exchangers are a necessity if you want to receive actual money from the hard work you have done on these sites.
In general we do not review exchanger sites, since so many are just complete frauds and you don't earn anything from them since there is no affiliate program. However, there are a few that are certified by payment processors and are actually legitimate. xchanger.org is one of these sites.
We have used them for the 6 months or so and have been paid in a very short period of time at every request. We are adding them to our Legit List. Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:
1. Certified and Verified - By Alertpay and many other payment processors. This is important since some payment processors will not accept all exchangers and can limit your payment account if they find you are using a unauthorized exchanger. Sites like AlertPay:

3. Affiliate Program - Not only can you exchange your earnings but you can refer others and earn 15% of their fees by referring customers to their service. $2 is the minimum cashout.
4. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
5. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
6. Fast Payments - Not instant but usually within 24hrs if not sooner.
CONS:
1. Must Verify if you want to exchange from AlertPay (not to) - They only request you to verify your identity if you wish to exchange FROM AlertPay. Otherwise, you don't have to.
2. Whois Private - Unknown ownership.

Some Things You Should Know About This Site...- IMPORTANT: Both PayPal and MoneyBooker forbid exchanges with theircurrency. It's against their TOS to exchange PayPal and MoneyBookers. So do not expect to be able to exchange using these online payment processors.
- The time frame for exchanges FROM AlertPay is 7 days. You can exchange up to $1,500 per 7 days period. Note: They do not accept Credit Card payments through AlertPay.
