We are adding EasyHits4U on our Elite list. EasyHits4U is not your typical PTC site. It is more a traffic exchange site more than a PTC site. But you can earn some money while you surf on their site. According to their site:

You will receive $0.10 for every person you refer who surfs at least 100 sites and $0.30 for every 1000 viewed sites.

The minimum payout amount is only $3.00. They pay through the PayPal and AlertPay. Payouts are normally done within 5-7 business days after a request has been placed.

Very low earnings but this can be a great traffic exchange site for your blog or site. And while you are at it you can earn some cash while doing so.

Pros1. Positive Feedback - If you look around you will see nothing but positive feedbacks from members. I was not able to find hardly any negative feedbacks or complaints about EasyHits4U

2. Establishment - They have been doing this since 2003. 6 years is pretty darn good. Of course this is not a full fledged PTC site. However I think this is a good sign that EasyHits4U is here to stay.

3. Great Exposure - Like previously mentioned while you surf and view your ads, your site in return is getting the same kind of exposure. And while you are doing this you will earn 30 cents for every 1000 sites you view as a bonus.

Cons
1. Small Earner - This program might not be for everyone. It pays, but its primary use is for traffic exchange. You can earn from this site, but don't expect to make huge amounts of money from it.

2.  No Forum - Most Traffic Exchanges will not have a forum. However it would be a nice addition if this site had one. For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.

Summary:

We deem EasyHits4U as a safe and paying site to use.
A great site for those who are looking to gain exposure for their website and earn a little on the side while they do this.

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on the number of people you can refer. Great for those who can earn a lot of referrals.

4. Low Minimum Payout - You only need $1 to cashout. Should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.

5. All Countries Accepted - There are no restrictions on any countries. Anyone can join and earn from this site.

6. Decent Daily Earnings - Previously the site was known to be a slow earner. However they have made improvements and the site now has better daily earning. It will vary from one day to another and vary by location. Note that ads are geo-targeted and some locations will have a lower earning compared to others.

7. Established - Site has been online since Feb 2008. A great achievement for any site. The main reason why they are now on our Elite List. It is rare for a site to stay online and paying for this long and not have hardly any major problems or complaints.

CONS:

1. Owned a failing and scam site? - There a few who say the owner owned a scam site several years ago. We have discussed this over and over again with the owner. The owner states that he only worked for Buxout and hosted it, but he didn't own it.  Whether or not it is true only he knows.



This site was originally on our Watch List. Later it was moved to the Ongoing List, and in time it was added to our Legit List. Over this period of time we didn't see any indication of a scam.

For those who are wondering, Buxout closed down back in Dec 2008 and left some members scammed.  Some members claimed that they bought upgrades and the next day the site closed without warning.
