BuxLevels is a mixture of a "bux" site with a forced matrix. This site does not require investment in order to cashout. However if you want to participate in the forced matrix you will have to upgrade. Those of you that have used bux-matrix.com will find this site to be somewhat similar (with some differences). Whether or not this one will sustain and remain online has yet to be proven.
BuxLevels is a new site that launched in early March and as of now it does pay will be moved from the Ongoing Investigations List to the Legit List. While it is not showing any connection to a past scam site, we would recommend that you test the site fully before investing into it. A paying site can easily stop paying tomorrow. Here are the pros and cons of this site:
PROS:1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

3. Decent Direct Referral Limits - Currently standard members can have 4680 referrals. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
4. All Countries Accepted - If AlertPay is supported in your country you can use this site. So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
CONS:1. New Site - We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least test and get paid first before you decide to invest.

Standard members will not earn from Level 2-4 Indirect Referrals, however you will earn from Level 2-4 Direct Referrals. Indirect referrals are those your downline refers. Direct referrals are those you personally refer.

BuxLevels is currently a safe and paying site to use. If you plan on investing into it be sure to test it fully before investing.We will continue to monitor this site.
