PantherAds is a site where bloggers and site owners can earn from receiving clicks from their text or banner ads. As of now we are testing this ad agency and the site will be placed on the Ongoing Investigations List till we have fully tested this site. Here are the pros and cons of this site:

PROS:

1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here: http://pantherads.imoneylink.com/

2. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.

3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.

4. Fixed Minimum Cashout -  $20 is the set minimum cashout. From what we can see the minimum cashout will not increase after your first cashout.

CONS:

1. Is it still paying ? - Well that is what we are going to find out. Finding proofs is not that easy, which is why it is on the Ongoing Investigations List till we see recent proof of it paying. .We did find one proof on another blog from August:

2. Forum Spam - While on the upside they have a forum, you will find it full with spam. I would suspect that they are not keeping up with it. Their twitter account is also outdated and no new info has been posted on it for over a year.

PaidViewPoint is a survey site that pays you to take short market research surveys based on your deomographics and trust score. When you join you will not be required to give your name, only information that will help them to match you with the right surveys. For USA members, you will need to verify your phone number. Either with a landline or cell phone number. Instructions will be given through the registration process. 

It is a new survey site from the makers of ICS which currently resides on our Legit List. Since this site is still fairly new and in beta phase, the site will be added to the Ongoing Investigations List for at least 3 months if not more.

Here are the pros and cons of this site:

PROS:

1. All Countries Accepted - From what we are have been told from those requesting this site reviewed, that this site allows users outside the USA. So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site as long as paypal is available to your location.. Will update if this changes.

2.Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.

3. Fixed Minimum Cashout -  $15 is the set minimum cashout. Might seem a little high to many but at least you don't have to worry about it changing constantly after each cashout. However there is a bonus to help you reach your first cashout....


4. Signup Bonus -  For USA members a $1 sign-up bonus will be given after you complete registration. With an additional $0.10 for verifying your phone number. All other countries will receive an average of $0.80 at sign-up.

CONS:

1. New Site - Naturally with new sites you will not find payment proofs.  With this site you do not have to worry about losing investment, since they do not require or ask investment from you. 

2. No Forum - Most surveys sites do not have them, however it would be a nice addition to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.

3. Promotional Material - You wont find banners for bloggers and site owners to use. You will have to create your own banners to if you plan on promoting the site.

As of now we are testing PaidViewPoint and hopefully like their sister site we will be able to show that this is a save paying site to use. Will update if we are paid. As of now all you have to lose is your valuable time. So if you are looking for a easy way to take surveys, then this site might be for you.

We are adding CashClicking to our Ongoing List and here are the pros & cons of this site:

PROS:

2. Sell Your Credits - You have the ability to buy and sell traffic from other members. However, on Cashclicking members must purchase a seller's license before you can start selling.

3. Earn Commissions - When referring new members to Cashclicking, you can earn commissions when any directreferral (1st level) either upgrades to a premium membership or purchases a seller's license.

4. Games & Prizes - They offer several games that you can use your credits to play and gamble with. Also they award mystery credits to 10 random members who surf at least 20 sites a day.

5. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.

Some Things You Should Know About This Site

• You earn actual money by directly referring others who purchase a upgrade, or purchase a seller license. Also by selling your surf credits to other members. But you must purchase a seller license in order to do this.

• There is a wait period of 30 days after your request to ensure all of your sales are cleared.

• If any of your referred upgrades and/or license purchases result in a chargeback, your commission from that purchase will be removed.

• If any of your credit sales purchased with Cashclicking Cash result in a chargeback, these funds will be removed from your account.

• They currently payout via Paypal or Check mailed to your address. The fee for payout is $1.00 plus 1% of your payout amount. They charge a Paypal cashout fee only because they allow sellers to accept CC Cashpayments at NO CHARGE. The only fee you pay for this service is when you cashout.

• In order to sell credits or auction credits on Cashclicking.com members must purchase a seller's license first. As you make more sales and transactions you build your seller's reputation status, which means your license fees decrease as a percentage of sales as you progress.
• License tiers do not expire, only reaching sale targets will progress you through the ranks
• Increasing the number of successful transactions with a better feedback history means that other members will be more likely to buy credits from you. Always make sure to complete outstanding transactions immediately for best feedback.
• The more you sell means the less the percentage of sales will be. Qualify through the various tiers to keep your percentages to Cashclicking.com at a minimum cost to you.
• The license fee is a charge to cover our expenses with the selling board, checking sales, hosting and support. The fees do not cover any transaction fees on each sale. These fees will be handled by the payment processor of your choice.
• buying a license DOES NOT mean that you will make a profit. Earning money will only be possible as long as there are buyers. They do not guarantee that you can sell all your credits and make a profit. Refunds of bought licenses are not available. 

• Credits are "locked" when you put them up for sale, but you can get them back immediately by deleting any offer.

• *If you allow CashClicking Cash as a payment option and the buyer uses this, your sale will automatically be approved and the money instantly placed in your account. You can then cash it out like any other CashClicking Cash earned.

• When finalizing offers check your statement for the used payment option to check that you received the money. Also make sure that any echecks have cleared before accepting any payments.

 Summary:

CashClicking has been revamped and taken over by new ownership. We are still testing this site and update everyone if we are paid. It will remain on our ongoing investigation list till we are confident that they are a legit and paying site.
