Star-Clicks is not a new site however this site is very hard to determine if it is paying and it is a controversial site  to some users. We were testing this site, however it took so long to test the site we gave up since the initial review was done. Site is still online and some say it does pay, however recent proofs are very hard to find. 

The site will be added to our Ongoing Investigations List for the time being. Here are the pros and cons of this site: 

PROS:

1. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.

  2. Encrypted (SSL Secured) - The site is encrypted and verified by "C.O.M.D.O". However, I have seen sites verified by this company and turn scam. Don't let the "verified" part convince you that you are not dealing with a scam. BuxWiz was also verified, and turned scam. The site is encrypted, which helps secure transactions.

CONS:

1. Minimum To Cashout High - $50 is the minimum to cashout, might be too high for some people's taste. 

2. Are they paying or not?! - A constant question that we receive and not many are reporting payment. If they do, they do not show proof or the proof is over 6 months old. Most give up on this site due to the high minimum cashout, and many are upgraded, or give up after they cashout.

3. No Forum - It would be a lot easier for members if they had a forum. For whatever the reason is, whether lack of staffing, time to manage one, or spam.. this site does not have a forum. Forums are a excellent tool for every PTC/GPT site to have. Members can post proofs and have a open line of communication between staff and other members. This one does not have one.


4. Referral System - Not user friendly. In order to refer someone, you have to have star clicks email them, and if they join and upgrade their accounts you will receive commission from referring them only if you are upgraded.


5. Complaints & Negative Feedback - Every site has them, however we thought you should know that there are some who doubt this site and whether or not it actually pays:

 Summary:

Star-Clicks has shown that it pays, however some report delays and that the site requires them to senddocumentation in order to be paid. Which we never recommend doing for any ptc site. 

Payment proofs are hard to find and with the site not having a forum, it makes it even harder to judge if the site is paying within their terms. Site will remain on our Ongoing Investigations List for the time being. Be sure to test the site fully before making any kind of investment on this site.
