AlertPay is not a PTC site but a payment processor that is widely used among PTC sites. You can earn cash by clicking on PTC sites and in return get paid through AlertPay. AlertPay also has referral program where you get paid for referring others.
AlertPay is the second most used payment processor in this industry. The company has been online and paying for over 6 years. Since we have tested this site for many years and their referral program does pay, this site will be added to the Elite List.
Here are the pros and cons of AlertPay:
PROS:1. Forum - This site does have a forum. Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:https://dev.alertpay.com/en/forum.html

CONS:
1. Doubters - From time to time I receive this question. "Is AlertPay a scam?" I will say there are some rumors floating around here and there but from my experience I have not had any problems or issues with this payment processor. I have been using it since 2008 and never had a problem receiving my funds. They might be a little slow at times but nothing that screams "scam".

2. Credit Card & Check Withdraws - These two withdraw options have been down many months. However many can still withdraw via bank & debit card. Some locations will not be able to withdraw till check and credit card withdraw returns. Last we heard is that they are working with their banking partners to fix this issue but this was months ago.

- Be careful using e-currency exchangers that are not approved by AlertPay. You could get your account limited if you use an unofficial exchanger while using alertpay services. Currently AlertPay only recognizes these exchangers:

AlertPay has been in business for many years and is the 2nd leading payment processor in the PTC industry, and a great alternative to paypal. We will continue to monitor this site.
