We are moving Blu Clicks from our Ongoing List to our Legit List. The site seems to be back and stable for about 3 months and it continues to do so.
PROS:
1. Paying - Payment proofs can be found through the web. Here are a few places where you can view them:

2. They Have a Forum! - A excellent tool for every PTC to have. The admin is active on this forum and responds to questions.

3. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
4. Low Minimum Cashout - You only need €0.50 to cashout. Should be a easy target to reach and cashout with.
CONS:
1. Site gone? (Update) - The site went down and for a considerable amount of time. They were originally on our legit list till we started to receive reports about the site being gone. Then we downgraded them. Although ever since it came back it has stayed on line.
2. China Must Upgrade - Yes there are cheaters out there. It is a shame that some will have to upgrade because of these cheaters. We don't think it is the site's fault either. They must do this in order to protect their site from thieves.
