We are going to move adf.ly from our legit list to the Elite List. Site has been online and paying for over 2 years now without any major issues.
Here are the pros & cons of this site:
PROS:
1. It Pays - Payment proofs can be found on their forum and throughout the web. We were paid too. Here are some places where you can view these proofs:

2. Forum- They have a forum. Forums are great for finding payment proofs, support and site updates. You can find their forum here:

3. All Countries Accepted - All countries have the opportunity to earn with this site. There is no restrictions.
4. Unlimited Referring - If you are good at promoting sites and earning referrals, this site gives you the opportunity to do so. You get "20% Earnings FOR LIFE" and earn 5% commission on every advertising order they make.
5. Fixed Minimum Cashout - $5 is the set minimum cashout. You do not have to worry about it increasing each time you try to cashout.
6. Established - Site has been online and paying since May 2009. A great achievement for any site.
CONS
1. Annoying Ads - Working with these type of sites can be annoying to your viewers who have to sit and endure these ads being shown to them when they click on your links.
2. Twitter & Traffic Exchange Accounts Banned? - Might not be wise to use this URL shortening on twitter or on traffic exchange sites. Also do not use these links on any ptc site. These links break frames and can get you banned for using these links. For details go here:

3. Viewers From other Countries - Countries like Iran, or some Asian countries, might not credit when a link is viewed. If at the time they click on the link there is no ad showing for users from those countries, you will not get credit or earn from that click. Since advertising is purchased and targeted by country. If a advertiser selects US or Canada only then you will only receive credit for those viewers. It is not that site does not support all countries, it is just that there are not enough advertisers requesting viewers to view their ads from those areas.

Summary:
